The Parking Spot
The Parking Spot is a repeat client for Harding AutoPark Systems. This project is a location very close to Newark Liberty International airport and serves as an excellent example of how we can increase density for long term parking. This facility is a 24 hour operation fully valet staffed. Harding APS installed 127 Quad Lift stackers to allow parking for 508 vehicles on a parcel of the property that could only surface park, providing 30% more revenue to the project. One unique feature is the custom screening added at the request of the City.
