At the time this family-owned Lexus dealership hired a team to develop a secure storage facility on a newly purchased parcel of land, they were leasing seven area parking lots to accommodate vehicle inventory. Costly, time consuming and extremely inconvenient, this new structure would need to maximize capacity while being operationally efficient for daily dealership activities. Located on Philadelphia’s Main Line, aesthetics were also an issue. The team approached Harding for a customized solution. Working with a 16,000 square
footprint, an overall height of approximately 30 feet and a sloping roof, Harding installed 67 hydraulically operated Quad-Lift systems (short and tall) in a tandem configuration of two, back-to-back rows. Wilkie’s own staff developed an iPad app to manage the inventory.
