“We first used Harding Autopark Systems at The Parker Apartments in December 2012 where they installed 100 spaces of hydraulically operated parking stackers. Our project required a dry flood proofed basement and the use of stackers allowed us to dramatically reduce our below ground garage size; saving a tremendous amount of construction costs.
As the largest installation in Portland to date, execution was critical. Harding did an excellent job coordinating with the architect, engineers and contractor. The installation was a success and a win for our project.
