The Warehouse Motorclub, located in Park City, Utah, is a premier private garage and social club tailored for automotive enthusiasts. This state-of-the-art facility offers a unique blend of luxury, technology, and community for car collectors, offering not only a secure place to store and display high-value automobiles but also an exclusive venue for events and gatherings. The facility is equipped with cutting-edge amenities, one of the most important being the Harding Autopark System lifts, designed to maximize the use of space and improve the efficiency of operations within the motorclub.
Challenge: The Warehouse Motorclub faced a major challenge typical of high-end automotive storage: optimizing space for an ever-growing fleet of luxury and collector vehicles while maintaining security, accessibility, and aesthetic appeal. As the club's membership grew, so did the demand for additional parking spaces. With limited floor area available, a traditional storage approach was no longer feasible, especially considering the need to store large, often expensive vehicles securely while offering easy access for their owners.
Moreover, the Warehouse Motorclub wanted to create an atmosphere of elegance and innovation that aligned with the luxury brand image of both the facility and the members’ vehicles. Traditional lifts or parking solutions would need to blend seamlessly with the club's design, all while offering operational efficiency and enhancing the overall experience of the members.
According to the ownership team: “At WAREHOUSE, we decided to go with Harding Steel lifts to maximize the capacity of our showroom while maintaining an efficient and aesthetically pleasing layout, we could otherwise not have done with a similar capacity placed on the ground.
